Rotterdamse Dakendagen is a Rotterdam organisation determined to demonstrate the power and potential of rooftop occupation as a solution to city densification and development. Through events and seminars that gather leading experts, they show what's possible.

This year's International Knowledge Day featured world-renowned architects, and rooftop farmers from across Europe. Rotterdamse Dakdagen commissioned me to draft a report of the days events, as well as a manifesto which would inform future steps as the City of Rotterdam, and leading city makers take on the "fifth facade."
